Won't refund my money

I ordered Video Professor online. I was charged 189.95 two days AFTER I returned the product via UPS 2nd day air. I called the company and was told there that I would not receive a refund until 21 business days had passed.
I called after 21 days and was told that their system missed my refund. (Whatever) and that they would escalate my refund and I would have to wait another 7-10 BUSINESS days for the refund. I explained that it was not what was promised to me in either of my previous phone calls. I said I would make a complaint to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. The lady I spoke with said that if I complained - my refund process would be held up an additional 30-60 days. Using money as blackmail.
I will make my complaint and I will file in every possible website that I can find. STAY AWAY FROM VIDEO PROFESSOR - THE COMPANY IS A RIP-OFF.

I'm out $189.95 after following their regulations. Although they say that I'll have it back in 7-10 days, they told me 21 days before and are giving me the run-around now.
