Video Professor
Fraud... Do not buy-it's not free. You will get charged even if you return. Multiple operators give you the run-around and promise a refund that never happens

I purchased Video Professor under the assumption that if I was not satisfied, I could return within 10 days and get a full refund - shipping charges. I received video end of October called for a return reference #, sent the video back and waited. I figured it would take about 4 weeks for them to process and refund my $189.99. They received my video the 2nd week of November and I looked for refund in January which gave them 6 weeks to process... NO REFUND WAS GIVEN TO ME.

I called in January, the lady on the phone said she would move my refund up a level (which set off a red light to me), so another words... If I never called they were never going to refund me which says to me that the company is banking on people forgetting and never calling for their refund. The lady said I would see my $189.99 within 5-7 business days.

I called back 10 days later because there was NO REFUND. The man then said "hold on, let me check this out" he came back to say, "I'm sorry for the delay but we changed our company policies and you called 2 days before our policies changed but your refund was pushed back following our new policies since it was so close and our computers must have made a mistake. You will receive your refund in 2-4 weeks. I then asked to speak to a SUPERVISOR... Which ended up being another operator I'm assuming because he told me there's nothing I can do, and no one higher to talk to and if I wanted to complain to the Better Business Bureau it was up to me.

I called the Customer service # on the website the following day. The gentleman was very nice and saw my refund and said to hold on, he came back and said "Don't worry, you will get your refund within 5-7 business days"

It is now February 23 and I have NOT RECEIVED A REFUND.

Do not be the sucker that i was... Do not buy video professor, there is no refund is you are not satisfied.
