Refuses to make payments even though have written agreement

Upon his request, I took out a second mortgage of $70,000 in to assist him in buying a house. We had a notarized written agreement that he would make the monthly payments of $567 per month.in he stopped making payments. I have a Hennepin County judgement against him, but he still refuses to make payments. I am not wealthy and have had to struggle to make these payments. Meanwhile, he winters in Acapolco.
