Failure to allow trial payments to continue

Business & Finance

On December 7th a real estate person came to my house and said the Bank of America sent her to talk me into a short sale of my home. I am making monthly payments and I did mess up one payment back in June of this year. Since that happened I have been making my payments and wish to continue on the modified program but apparently I'm not being allowed to make up that payment and continue on. I have lived in my home for 13 years and at 59 years old and on medical disablity, I don;t want to have to leave my home. I prefer to die here and then you can take my house. I just want to make the payments as arranged and survive the best way I know how. Please help me out here. I want to make the payments and keep my house. I will NOT fail you again. I am trying to find a part-time job to help suppliment my income to pay for the house. SS disabilty doesnt pay much to live on and I have applied for food stamps. Thank You. Rhonda Nichols
