Told TV Cleaning Was Included in Warranty Then Charged $109

We purchased a 60 inch TV from Conns about two years ago we obtained a warranty. The sales person told us that the cleaning of the TV was included in the contract. When we called the service department to request that they clean it. They told us that we would have to pay 109.00. They suck. They are liars.
