Refuses to honor warranty avoids calls mfg states part delivered to Conns but yet no repairs ripoff!

This letter is in regards to my account, specifically the 52inch Hitachi television which was purchased in January.in May I placed a service call and the television was looked at by your technician on May 24th. At that time I was told that the television had a manufacturers defect. As of todays date, July 11th I still do not have a working television. I have had to make every follow up call to Conns. Each time I have called Conns service 210-354-1000 I either am disconnected or placed on hold and no one answers my questions. Each time a representative has told me that they will have a Conns supervisor return my call but no one ever calls back. I am quite frustrated with the lack of service I have received from your facility and can assure you that I will no longer do business with Conns.in addition the manufacturers warranty the additional product warranty was purchased as well.
1. Could explain why it took Conns service technician 3 weeks to order the part?
2. Can you explain why I was able to confirm with Hitachi at 1800-448-2244 that all parts were delivered to Conns since July 5th?
3. Why was I scheduled an appointment for July 7th and yet no one shows up or bothers to call to advise that no technician would be coming out?
4. Why was Sonja Conns Manager unable to help resolve the problem when I called on July 5th and instead suggested that I called Hitachi directly?
5. Why is it taking this long to have the television repaired?
I am asking that you research your documents and see what can be done to expedite repair of the television.
