Video Computer Store Stole My Money Too

I ordered my systemax pentium iii 600 back in september, i then waited for six weeks to pass and nothing came. I called the vcstore and was told that my order was not surposed to be shipped until the first week in november because they didn't record the order until october 5th. So i waited again. I received the scanner around the second week in november but nothing else came. I called the "call center" again since your not allowed to speak with anyone who has a brain directly. Again i was told that there was no problem with my order and i should receive the rest of the system within 3 days. I waited until the 3 days were up and i called again. I was then told that there was a problem and i would not be getting my computer, but i could wait and get another system. At that point i had enough and demanded a cancellation. I was told i would receive a shipping label to return the scanner within two days. Again nothing came so i called and demanded an address to send the scanner myself. I sent the scanner ups as per their request. When i called to demand my money i was told i had to wait 30 days. When i stated that was not good enough i was told "we will deliver your compaint to customer service and they will call you back". I waited and waited and still heard nothing so i call repeatedly and got the same old song and dance. Needless to say hear it is well beyond their 30 days and i just was told that they did not enter the request into the accounting records until december 7th and the 30 days would be from that date. All i have ever gotten from the vcstore is the run around.
Please keep this in mind when you think about purchases anything from them.
