I returned one of Circuit City product, worth over $400,2 days after buying it. I was told to wait for 2 weeks to get my refund through mail. Concerned not getting my refund via mail after 2 weeks of waiting, I went back to store to find out what the problem was. They told me, i should actually have to wait for (21 days & 6 additional days) to receive my check via mail. So I did. After 27 days of wait, i still didn't see my refund in my mailbox. Assuming, it could be error of delay from the postal service, i waited for 3 additional days, but still didn't get my refund. I went back to the store, wondering why i still haven't received my refund. Now, this time i was asked to wait standing in their store for one full hour while they were foiling what the problem was. After waiting for one full long hour, they tell me it's going to take again couple of more days.

Is this even legal... Is there a way to fight this? There business practice has left very frustrated. Any suggestions from anyone?
