Scam

I ordered a program from video professor, I didn't like it so I returned it. I called they told me to pay the shipping to send it back to them and that I would have a full refund. I was told the refund would be received in 30 days I waited and they never refunded the money. I called again they made me wait 7 days, I received nothing again. I called a third time they said that I had to wait 15 days. I waited and nothing happened I have been calling everyday since then and they simply tell me to call during office hours. I really need that money back. I will do anything possible to get it.
