Garbage - Bad product

There are times you will have a decent connection and about 35% of the time you will not hear the person you are talking to or they will not hear you.

The device broke while I was talking to a rep online. They were going to replace it in 3-5 days for $20. I don't need another piece of garbage.

STAY CLEAR of this product. I'd give it a "C - quot; for quality of calls and a D-minus for customer service. At least I didn't have to wait long for them to try to get more money out of me... Lol
