This product is terrible. The product cuts your conversations off constantly. Guaranteed you will lose many calls while on hold. The product allows you to hear the person on the other end of the phone but they cannot hear you so you are forced to hang up and call again. The product does not allow you to call local businesses and the magic jack company wants to charge you more to allow you to make those calls. The product interferes with your internet service and cannot be used by your alarm company. You will end up paying several hundred dollars replacing your old phone service to get the service back to how it was before attempting to save money by using magic jack. I would strongly discourage anybody from giving magic jack more than a half second of your thoughts. The product is a scam and will cause you nothing but grief. Your better off throwing your money in the trash. I hope this helps anyone not make the mistake I made.
