No payment for sold goods

Garage Sale Depot accepted several household items to sale on a consignment basis, with 40% of the sale profits to be given to me. They sold all items, sent an itemized list of what sold, and price they received and told me I would receive a check in 4-8 weeks. After not receiving check in specified time, I called to find out why. I was informed that they have now changed their policy (several months after our original agreement) and that they would not be sending payment for items sold. Disgraceful & Dishonest!!
