I've paid my yearly dues in order to someday redeem my points. Well how naive could I have been. AFter 4 hours on the phone over a matter of 3 days, I still can't use my points. Not a big deal! Well I've paid my dues and the points are worth about 400.00. Can't wait to drop the credit card and never do bus. Again.
