The worse senior building in az - senior apartments

I first rented in the summer of 2008. I quickly moved out broke my lease. I was promised that i would have a bewly renovated apartment that was just completed a week ago. Well, my unit was a disaster. It had mold stains from roof leaks, there were mice inside my walls and the brand new carpet had bugs coming out of them. They charged me close to $900 but wrote me a check close to $3k. I tried leaving in good standard but the manager (ana) told me i would be charged. I was only day for 3 weeks. Sunvilla is a nasty place with nasty, nasty employee and terorist owners. Do not make the same mistake as i did.
