Otis Home Apartments DO NOT RENT their apartments they have BED BUGS!

DO NOT rent apartments in this building! They have BED BUGS! My roommate and I were looking for 2 bedroom apartments in West Hollywood, CA and came across this building corner of Havenhurst and Fountain.

We met with the scum bag liar, building manager "Tony". Tony gave us a tour of the building. We went to the underground parking and noticed couple couches next to the dumpster with big paper note "do not use bed bugs". We saw that note and asked Tony if the building had bed bug problems. Tony immediately got rid of the note and said some old tenant was playing a stupid joke.

That note stuck to our heads and for many times we asked Tony if the building had bed bugs and Tony kept assuring us the building had no bed bugs. We signed the lease and moved in. After less than a month we saw the signs of bed bugs. We contacted Tony and as if he was ready, he immediately blamed us for the bed bugs and claimed that we were the ones who brought the bed bugs. Tony also told us since we were the ones who brought the bed bugs we had to pay for the clean up.

We never had bed bug problems until we moved into the Otis apartment building. Just like their old tenants we had to get rid of all of our clothes, bedding and furniture. Not only we lost $1000's of our belonging Otis Home Apartments/Virtu Investments refused to return our deposit. Meanwhile, Tony turned from a nice guy to the most viscous monster making up so many lies so he could save his miserable job.

Save yourself a huge headache and stay away from The Otis Home Apartment building.
