Ripp Off Water Service Bill

This company is charging every month a lot of monery for water service, last month they charged $55.41 this month the charges are $72.10, every time I complaint with them and the appartment office they always invented an excuses from $20.00 that we was paying 2 years ago gruadually they are increasing the rate over and over. I am tire of this abuse, I am paying water more than owner's of house this is a clear robbery. Please let me know if you need additional information to help me stop this injustice to consumer client like me, right now with all financial problems is unbelivable this company trying to make their own profit without any care of us struggling to cover our needes.
