Long Distant Charges

This telephone carrier is the only one out of the three in my area that is charging long distant charges to their customers. Frontier Is violating the Federal Communiation guidelines set for all of telephone companies in my athem my area.

I personal called Frontier and gave my local phone number and another that is not long distant with the other two phone services, Charter and Shawano Municipal Utilties. Both companies told me when I called them the two phone numbers were not long distant from each other and that all three companies have to follow the Federal Commication Guidlines.

Frontier is a very large world wide company. Why are they getting away with breaking the law?
