Over billing through Frontier!

Frontier provides a pack of providers for $119.00 costs and fees $138,00 monthly overall. Telephone, Web and Meal Networks Digital Home Benefit Americas Top 250. Frontier is controlled from the PUC although not for Web of Dish Network Providers. Frontier is charging me for providers used to do not accept. Frontier stated that they'll not quit payment me for that overcharges that Dish Network claims that I'm getting. I've created numerous grievances towards the PUC, Frontier and Dish Network. I'm still overcharged $40.00 monthly and that I don't observe in whatever way to solve the problem. I'm searching for some help in making Frontier and Dish Network to prevent payment me for providers used to do not donate to. Please answer my email.
