Crap-Can 'Customer Service'

Therefore, I'm an unfortunate 'client' of Frontier for my company telephone 'support'. Over $100 per month to get a point for that charge card final along with a phone point for incoming and confident local calls. And so I obtain a cell phone from my company (a little cafe) yesterday stating the telephone has gone out. I proceed within this day and that is still the situation. I try to contact Frontier.

Today, Frontier has 'live-chat assistance' for that rubes who purchase their online sites thru Frontier. But, they don't provide 'live-chat assistance' for all those fools using Frontier for telephone company. May it seem sensible for all those without mobile phones or who reside or work-in a place beyond mobile variety (you may still find some people, think it or not) to truly have the capability to make use of the web to get hold of Frontier when their telephone support is along? Alternatively they just provide web assistance once the clientis internet isn't functioning. Makes sense, evidently if you should be a jackass in control @ Frontier.

Therefore, no incoming purchases, no capability to cost charge cards. This can do wonders for enterprise... As well as in the meantime I imagine I Will appreciate contacting Frontier today, after-work, from a place with mobile support and routine a Frontier repairperson in the future out in per week or two (when it's handy for Frontier).
