Trying to cancel

Icalled this site and they told me there was 2 different claims. They verified my husbands name and the state we had lived in. So I went ahead and gave them my account info to get the $3.00 for their fee. The only thing is they are going to get $49.00 out in a couple days if I dont cancel. I tried to cancel at least 4 times. When I call the site all they say is call this # or that none are answered. I did talk to a customer service man at the begining and he refused to cancel. I old them today not to take any more out of my account I tried to cancel and they just said call this #I can't seem to get anywhere with them. Hopefully someone can help before they take more out. And I never found out anything about the money. Which they promised I would kn ow how much and what is was from..
