Once you sing up it's impossible to cancel San Francisco calfiornia

I signed up for 30 day free trial offer. When it came time to cancel, I searched all over web site for info on how to cancel but there is nothing there. I then wrote and told them to cancel my account, but they wrote back and said I needed to call to cancel. I then called to cancel, but then I was told that call volume was high and I would ahve to call back another time. What a rip-off! Don't waste your money on a company that operates like this.
