Jan 3rd 2012 my friend and I went to LFF Family Fitness Fit to check it out and to find out how much the membership... But I'm not ready yet to sign up bcos of my son bday party are coming... But they won't let you go until you sign up... (to make the story short) they told me the 30 day comfort guarantee for the first visit only that anytime I change my mind I can cancel my membership within a month with no questions ask and I get my full refund. After 3days I went back to cancel my membership at the GYM the person I spoke with he said they dont do cancel over there and he gave me a calling card number were I can call to cancel... I ask my husband if he can call for me to cancel cos I have to work that day... He is been calling but he can't get through but he left the msgs. And then the next day Jan 7... LFF give us call back Jan 11 which is I dint get a chance to answer their call... Jan 14 I called and finally got somebody to spoke with to cancel my membership she said I can't get my refund because it has to be 3 days to cancel or going over there atleast 4 times a month and I said this is way to far from my house that's why I want to cancel... Jan 16 my friend who worked their before he is trying to help me to talk the manager and same thing they can't help to get my money back but the consultant who spoke to me she give me a call to say sorry she told me your friend are here he is trying to talk to the manager but we can't help you same reason that should 3 days if you wanna cancel... And she said sorry Next time she is not gonna force anybody to sign up because this gonna happened. And she told me she's going to call the management but I never get back a call. After 3 days my membership was cancelled I got another charged from my account... My goodness I dint get my money back and still gonna charged me for monthly and it's only 17 days since I sign up and cancel...
