Ripoff Cancelled the day before very misleading forms

I tried to cancel 10/02/06. Page prompts you to sign up for 7 days free. Then says cancel before 10/11/06. I cancelled on 10/10/06. Page comes up that says—We're sorry to see you go, but if you ever need us, we'll be here for you. Cancel Reason—I listed-Not enough time. On the bottom it says click here to cancel membership. The next page says—Your information has been updated. Now, today, they tell me I only updated my info—and had to call them to cancel. No where on these pages does it say that! No phone number to call—just click here to cancel. I explained to them this is what I did, and I could send them the copies. They say I didn't cancel Oct. 10th, but updated my info. It is pending charges today—10/11/06. $49.-00. Even after I asked them to refund my money, because I felt their cancellation was misleading, and fraudulent—they refused.

I have a witness who watched me cancel the account on 10/10/06. I never used it. Never even replied to one email. I have the copies of my papers to prove it. I also sent them an email stating this money was for food for my children this month—I wish the money had not been in the account. I will update this in the event my money is refunded. I am only on disability, and feel I have been taken advantage of.
