I already left a book on what i think. I have so much going on in my life. You are not one of my priorities and when your name comes up over and over again. There is a problem. This squeeky wheel is not getting the grease. Sure, I can do all this on line. But I have to wait and then its as if I don't care. Well I care... And I hate that you keep waisting my time and I can find no one to talk to. I got a fiance charge and all I did was try FOREVER TO MAKE A PAYMENT JUST AS I ALWAYS HAVE. Over the phone with the automated system. He doesn't listen and he doesn't care. At least give me access to a live person before a machine that is guarding the gate.
