Service Stinks. Lousy service Ripoff

The customer service with this company is the worst. If I call in for service because my machine won't work they make we wait for a call back instead of just sending someone to fix it. I have to wait all day for a call back. Sometimes not even the same day. A postage machine is an important part of a business, obviously this company doesn't care. And could care less about it's customer's needs.
