Bad order

7.30 am drive thru ordered 2 mcmuffins @ a coffee i asked for butter for the mcmuffins i drove away i had 2 butter pkgs but no knife had to put same on with my fingers also had no napkinsv my coffee was black i had asked for cream and splenda i could not go back as there were 5 cars waiting i went back at 11.30 am ordered a cone and asked to speak with manager she was the same one that served me in the morning (haitian) i told her what happened and that she seved me she said sorry and left
