Horrible Customer Service - bad manager/incorrect food

I am a frequent visitor of McDonalds (store# 16826) I go every morning and order a large coffee with 8 cream and 8 equal... Well this Wednesday morning 12/14 I ordered my food and coffee and when I got to work I discovered that my coffee was burnt and had an odd taste? I checked my receipt and it said 8 cream and 8 sugar!?! Im diabetic! I cant drink this coffee! So I called and the manager (Felicia) answered after 6 rings and I began to tell her what was wrong she then said I cant hear you so I spoke a little louder and proceeded with my complaint and she cut me off and said I was yelling at her? I replied Im not yelling maam you said you could not hear me? Felicia replied and said when you calm down call back and hu! What kinda service is that! Plus I was given a beverage that could have resulted in a medical emergency!!!
