Bad service - Incorrect Orders & Service

I just started going back to McDonalds to get breakfast. I have gone 4 times in past 2 weeks and they got my order wrong twice. The first time I paid for 2 Sausage egg McMuffins and they only put 1 in the bag (I get takeout). I knew to check the bag now, the next 2 times, order was okay, but this last time, I asked for the same 2 Sausage egg McMuffins and though I checked the bag, to see there were 2, when I got back home, they were not Sausage egg McMuffins, but Ham egg McMuffins. I didn't realize that I was to also before I leave unwrap everything to see that it is correct. The McDonalds I go to is in Manhattan, NY, at 45th St. And 8th Avenue. It is always very disappointing to not get what you ordered and paid for.
