An arrogant and drunk owner repeatedly drops food on a custome

I was having dinner and enjoying the concert of the Jazz Crusaders and a piece of food dropped on my head. I looked up and a woman smiled and I continued eating. A few moments later more food fell in my eye and my blouse. I looked up and the same woman looked down smiling. I then asked the waiter for the manager. While waiting moments later (approx. 2 minutes) additional drops of food fell onto my head. I immediately walked upstairs along with my friend and approached the woman. She told me the waiter accidentally dropped the food while removing the plate. She denied the other times the food had dropped on me in a matter of 3 to 4 minutes. She was laughing and was being guarded by waiters while I was explaining it. This woman stumbled and was slurring while speaking to me. I was outraged by her arrogance and demeaning attitude. I asked for the owner and the waiter said she was one of the owners. Her name is “Berkson”. She continued to laugh when we were told to return to our seats. I asked to see the manager. The manager apologized and refunded our dinning and entry. I did not return to my seat as I was totally embarrassed and insulted with this treatment. I was very upset and could not sit and enjoy the rest of this historical concert. We soon left. I am surprised and disappointed the city would allow an inept person to become an owner of an establishment that services the public who entrust the venue will be a safe and sanitary environment.
