Horrible Food/Customer Service

To the manager and owner,

I visited your establishment on Wednesday 4/27 around 545pm. It took the wait staff 10 min before we were even table touched. My dinner companion ordered chicken Fettucini Alfredo. I ordered the same thing but with Marinara sauce. Which the waiter said was no problem and even offered something called pink sauce. So are food came out, and we each tried it and agreed it wasn't good. At that point I let the waiter know we didn't like out meals. He asked if we would like anything else? We just asked if we could get our money back? I even offered to even pay for the salads we got. He said we could ask the manager. Which he then did and the manager said he could just give us 50% off the bill. Which didn't matter cause I had that as a coupon. He said because I had ordered it as a special it was my fault, and he couldn't do anything about and we had to pay and just walked away. And then as were going to pay I asked why we couldn't jut get out my back minus the salad I was willing to pay for. And he said "you think you can eat for free?" That comment is beyond insulting!
