I picked up an item that didn't have a price on it (which is very common in this particular supermarket in Crown Heights Brooklyn) and asked the cashier what the price was. She then asked a colleague who in turn had to ask the supervisor who was overseeing the lotto sales. I stood online for 10 minutes waiting for him to give me a price, the manager didn't even attempt to help me. After waiting a few minutes more I left in anger and frustration. I was appalled at how little the sales people think of their customers and didn't even receive an apology when I left the store. I will not be shopping at this store again and I will encourage my friends and family members not to shop there as well.
