I was in the store a little after 4:00 on a Thursday and was disappointed to see that there was only one Sales Associate working. There were 5 customers in front of me and another being waited on having water tested. One customer was waiting to have her water tested and another needed help with parts. While helping these customers the Sales Associate also was handling phone calls. After a good 20 minutes of waiting in line, I was making my purchase and realized by the total price that I had picked out the wrong item. It had the wrong sale price on it and the item I wanted was not marked with the correct sale price either. I asked the Sales Associate where her help was and she said he went home. She was very professional, knowledgeable and handled all customers efficiently without getting flustered.
