Holister—the falls, Florida
The cashier and the rude manage

I went to stop by the Holister store at the Falls shopping mall, here in Florida-store #30533. They have a"50% all redlines" sale, i`ve purchased several shirts and hoodies but at the register there are items that didn`t register as their sales says, so i asked the cashier to catch her attention and clarify the matter, but all i received was frustrated and rude gestures, she said that is not 50% off, but it was all clear that all redline are 50% and i got from the shelves were it says so, what annoyed me was the rudeness on her part, i raised my voice because i can`t hear what she was saying (the music in the store is quite loud, that you can`t hardly here what they were saying to me), i asked for the manager, here comes this guy and shouted at me.."stop shouting, im the manager!!! I couldn`t believe that he was really the manager for acting rudely, he should have resolved the issue calmly, in the first place he didn`t even know the reason why i raised my voice, he just went on, and on loudly. This manager and the cashier should be trained about costumer relations. The manager (lady) came in and changed the price but w/out telling me, "you`re lucky, other stores don`t do this", hello! The merchandise in question has a "redline" sticker and it was placed in the shelves where it says additional 50% on top of the sale price. They should straighten out their computer and displays before the store opens `coz it just created confusions and to me it was very misleading. One thing for sure i, my friends and family will never go back to that store. I hope the people concern at Holister Co. Should screen their employees or at least train those would-be managers for their stores. I really do hope that this reaches the company so they could rectify the issue.
