Unprofessional, extremely disrespectful and Bad Service

On 10/13 at approximately 5:00 P.M., at the 11336 Quail Roost Drive, Perrine, Florida 33157 (305) 378-9008. I made contact with the person who sales hot food section of the Supermarket; whereby, I was ignored by the young lady and she continue serving new costumer and did not have the decency or to apology. I then when to speak with the President Supermarket Manager. I was told by her that the section of Hot Food does not belong to the Supermarket. I then requested for her name and was told that she was not allowed to give out her name neither the person who was serving the hot food. I have made numerous of calls to different President Supermarket to locate the owner name to no avail. I let the Manager at that store know that I will file a administrative complaint with consumer and DBPR in regards to the unprofessional and disrespectful staff. This was my first and last visit the this " President Supermarket" and why shopping at "Public Supermarket" its a pleasure!!! In additional, all employee at Public Supermarket carry their name tag. They manager shall be reprimanded and the lady serving the hot food shall be fired!!!
