The Worst Customer Service Eve

Will never shop there again. I bought two identical motherboards one of which had a factory defect. Came to return it the next day and by accident put it in the wrong box. The serial numbers didn't match so had to go back to get the right one. So far so good I understand their concern and happy to oblige. I come back with the right box and overhear the conversation between manager and a service woman.

SW: "He's got the right box. What do we do with him now?"
M: "Let me think... Is there any damage to the unit?"
SW: "It doesn't look like it. But I can check it one more time."

So she comes back and starts poking at the CPU socket with her fingers!?!!
And then turns to me and says:
"I think there is damage to the CPU docking area."
I'm thinking to myself: "Of coarse there is, you just bent it you dumb b#tch!"

So I had to call the flour manager who tried to feed me some bullsh*t about how he never has seen it come out of the factory with any damage. He obviously didn't listen to the word I said when I explained to him that it was his employee who damaged the unit in front of me.

Completely ridiculous, unprofessional, despicable vultures!!! Don't ever shop there you WILL regret it.
