Terrible Service/Customer Service - phone and internet

My phone, fax and internet service has been done for 3 days at my law office. My office has come to a complete standstill. Customer service has promised a technician be out to resolve the issue time and time again. Here, we are 3 days later and no technician and no call back from customer service. Please learn from my mistake. Stay clear. You get what you pay for.
