Will not honor Customer refund guarantee

At the end of 5 year contract, submitted 26 pages of maintenence, ownership, and mileage statement to them for refund of product price. They deny the claim because I missed an oil change by 2 days. The contract says oil change every 4 months, but I did one on the 30th, then one on the 28, then one on the 30th. My bad. Suddenly I am the failure in the system. DO NOT buy a contract with them. It is completely worthless.
