Service Promised is NOT the Service Received

Allegiance Communications is the WORST Internet provider in the world. They're worse than WORST. They should NOT EVEN EXIST. They have the WORST customer service I have ever seen. They DO NOT CARE about their customers. Their Internet service SUCKS. They allow their service to be down for days at a time (I'm talking over 5 days here)!!! This company needs to be shut down.

My Internet has been mostly OUT for the past 5 days and counting. I have called twice and both times they told me nothing was wrong and tried to make me think that the problem was on my end. I talked to about 15 other people here on Fort Riley and they all were having the same problem. So guess what? It is NOT on my end, it's on THEIRS! Their customer service reps are incompetent, unhelpful, and do not know what they're talking about.

I went to the company in person. They told me that a technician was working on it. Funny, because the technician was nowhere to be found and my Internet is still not fixed!

I work online so I cannot afford to be without Internet, especially for over 5 days! This is unacceptable.
