Dark Aisles at Night in Flora Store Create Safety Hazard

The local walmart in Flora, Illinois also has rows of lights which are off at night.
Tonight there were two aisles which were too dark to see in.

This happens consistently at this store. This presents a safety hazard and makes it difficult to shop.
