Trying to Purchase Product - Service

For 2 1/2 years, I have been trying to place an order with local Walmart stores for several cases of a household cleaning product made by Arm & Hammer. Only 1 store in south Philadelphia was able to successfully place an order for the product that I need. Since I live about an hour away from that store, it really isn't the most convienent. So, I tried the store on Germantown and instead of 16 cases, the manager ordered 16 pieces. What a joke! We rented a truck, pulled up to Walmart and were presented with a shopping cart with 16 squirt bottles. The Walmart in Willow Grove is just as bad. After numerous e-mails, phone calls, and store visits to speak with managers, I have been told at least 10 times that an order was placed for me and I would receive a call as soon as the order is in the store. Not once have I received a phone call. The orders were never placed. It is so bad that last week I called to check the status of an order and I was told that Walmart no longer carries the product. So, yesterday I went into the Willow Grove Walmart and emptied the shelf of the product. I thought they no longer carried it? Can someone from Walmart please contact me so that an order can be placed for the Arm & Hammer cleaner? It is very difficult to drive to all of the local Walmarts every week and empty the shelves with 3 children and another on the way. Please contact me. As I have told all of the managers of all of the stores, I will prepay for the order. Just make sure the order is placed.
