Waited over 1 month for delivery of damaged merchandise

I ordered 2 straw type hats the end of July. I received them 9/11 and they had been put in a normal plastic bag and shipped. They arrived smashed flat and the lining was not attached to one. I've never been so disappointed with a mail order. The hats were a surprise gift for a dear friend. He wouldn't even look at them. I have a friend that works in a habadashery and he said he probably wouldn't be able to make the hats look like the pictures even if he re-formed them. They are worthless. The original price was $19.99 thank God I didn't pay that but I am returning them and will be very hesitant about ordering anything from you in the future.
