Conned into a credit card machine lease

Hello,

I'm searching for any data you might have on the charge card business. I had been contacted with a salesperson from Wholesale Merchant Services in February 05. He explained my Hypercom device was illegitimate because it published out the client card #. I then found out later that it just must be reprogrammed. He persuaded me to consider their device in its location. When I'd the equipment and delivered them quarry as a swap then he explained I'd to accept a "low-cancelable" rent. I balked and informed him I'd not. He guaranteed to allow me to out anytime I required, and so I decided. After I recognized that I'd been had by these men I changed credit card issuers. I had been billed $800 for this. I am guessing it had been within the fine-print. I came across the charge card rent occured with a diverse organization - Rent Finance Group LLC. They declined to market me the equipment or I would like to from the rent. This meant spending about 10 times the price of the equipment over

The 4-year time. I later had my bank quit the distributions and changed to some regional lender. They've bothered me continuously since. Contacting my mobile / home / and company non stop. I'm wishing I had been not the only real dummy to drop for this plan and am thinking when the Va attorney-generals office might help me solve this issue. Any help with this specific issue could be most valued.
