Sold me odd sized merchandise, wouldn't make it right

Bought a batch of baseball caps from AZ Hotshots. The embroidery quality was great, but the hats they sold me were way too small for an adult head. There was no mirror in the showroom, and the salesman didn't tell me the hat looked comically small on my head.

Their "solution" to this was to try and sell me more hats, "at a loss". The owner of the business went so far as to become insulting when I appealed to him to make this right.

I'm out about $120 and stuck with 12 (their house minimum) hats I can't wear in public.
