Sunrise Promos Over Charged for hats that we can get at other places for 1/3 the cost. They sold them to us after we refused them, for less. Then upon opening them they were printed horrible. Cannot read half of ou

American Ad-Specs (Sunrise Promos) contacted us and said they had a great deal for us. We buy hats to advertise our business, but it has been awhile. We ordered the hats and talked about how much they had gone up since last time. They wanted over $400.00 for 4 dozen hats. A few days later a different company contacted us wanting to sell us hats for $195.00 for 4 dozen. Wow was that a better price.

We tried to call American Ad-Specs to cancel (the new hat personel had to find numbers for the company for us, as they had not given us a number to contact them) All the places with the same name or similar name to American Ad-Specs all denied ever having contacted us.

We ordered hats from the new place. When the hats arrived C.O.D. From American Ad-Specs we refused them. Of couse as soon as they received them they called us. We explained to them exactly what happened. The lady gave us her direct line so we could call and talk to her when we needed to. She agreed to sell us the hats they made for the same price the other company sold us their hats for. We felt bad because they had them made up with our ad and would be no use to them, so we bought them.

The hats arrived. C.O.D. As soon as we opened them, HORRIBLE. The ad printed on the hats are the most terrible job I have ever seen. The cars we specified we wanted was wrong. The print on them is so bad that you can only see and/or read 1/2 of the ad. And the colors we specified was not in the box at all.

We grabbed the phone to contact the lady that gave us her direct line. It was a recording to order from the company. We left message after message, no one called back. We were calling bank to cancel check and they finally called. They promised to fix the order, would be about a week or two.

We have yet to receive the correct order or be able to get in contact with them since. We have called and left message after message. And no one has returned our call. Thankfully, we didn't spend as much as they originally wanted for the hats.
