A bad carprt order, delivery and installation

I ordered a 15x22 carpet, pad, tack strips. Was told to take some numbers to the check-out and they would set everything up for me. The carpet was$226.38. It was only 22 ft. Pad was 6'. Nothing was right. They told me it would be delivered on Wed, Mar. 1and installed. The wrong size was delivered. I was told that they didn't install. They said a different dept.installed. We called and was told that it was not set up. I would have to make different arrangements. I paid $65.00 delivery fee. I would have to go back to Barboursville and and make arrangement to get it installed and pay another fee for the installation. I was told that the $425.01 was everything included. Now I'm stuck with furniture in my whole house and a carpet that is not right. I want something done with this mess. The furniture is in my living room on a floating floor that is coming apart.
