Installed damaged carpet and refused to make good

Mozak's Furniture and Carpet installed over $ 10,000 worth of carpet in our house. However, the indoor outdoor carpet they installed on the patio was defective, as stated by the installers at the time. I have been trying to get Mozak's to replace it, as the installer suggested.

The people at Mozak's have said they will get right on it and get the carpet company to replace the carpet, but it is still not replaced and it has been almost two years now since it was done. They have stalled all of this time and are really just ignoring me.

We want the carpet replaced, as they said they would do, or a refund of our money so we can have someone else replace the carpet. Fair is fair, but so far, Mozak's has not followed through with their promise to replace the carpet and make it right to us.
