This Negris will lie about what a great person she is and how she NEVER shirked on a responsibility. I let her rent for only one month's rent. It took me over three months to get her evicted.
She stole everything from my completly furnished unit including the door hinges. The County sherrif said I needed to have everything itemized beforehand or they couldn't do anything. Legalized theft.
I later found out that she did the same thing three more times to other landlords in the same community.
This is a fine example to landlords everywhere. Do not feel sorry for people! Losers like this prey on your Christianity. Get your month deposit, first month rent and last month. TOO BAD if they don't have it! Get someone who does. Because our Fine legal system favors the criminals.
