Rip Off Renter-Disrespectful User-History of Skipping on Rent

This gentleman has a history of ripping off folks whether they are creditors, landlords or people. He has skipped out on rent on at least two landlords, which I am one. He has a terrible credit history and owes alot of companies money.

He has failed to pay cell phone accounts, student loans, rent and other payments. He trashed the house he rented from us and left the pool green, black and slimey. It was awful. I do not know how he can continue to rent from others.

It makes no sense to me how he cannot be considered a thief and be arrested for stealing money. He lived in the house for a month, without payment. If he stole merchandise from the store, he would be arrested. But, stealing from us is not considered a crime. Makes no sense...

Do not rent or do business with him... You will be sorry if you do.
