Epair service - dishwasher repai

Terrible customer service. Appointment was scheduled and nobody showed up. Customer service states they cancelled my scheduled appointment because I did not pick up the phone when they decided to call me even so I had somebody at home all day waiting for them. The person in customer service was unbelivebly rude and on my request to speak to a supervisor put me on hold forever on spanish language line!
My husband was right - should not ever use big companies - they just don't care.
