DLP Lamp Defective upon Arrival032010 - DLP Lamp 915P020010

Please help I have been trying number of times to keep in touch with this people. I purchased two DLP Lamp for my Mitsubishi DLP Projection TV. As of now, almost two weeks they have not replied my e-mail nor my left messages. I am quite sure that their company hae a very bad reputation. Please kindly e-mail me back if I can send anything to the BBB to make them aware. Thank you for your considerations.
